What do you want money for anyway?

As nations and organizations fight to have their currency become king of the mountain, create your own currency. Determine what has real value.

Ponder, “What is it that I want money for anyway?”

Money is like cake. Rarely does anyone want cake just to look at it. They want to actually use it for something, to satisfy a craving.

What do you want?
A place to live? Get a place to live.
Do you want food? Learn to grow, prepare, and/or store up food.
Better health? Study and implement a plan for health.
Time freedom? For what purpose? Is it worth lowering expenses and planning your escape?
Funds for retirement? Focus on residual resources.

Aim for things of value!
As a simplified example:
If a stock crashes, you are left with a piece of paper. If real estate crashes, you have at minimum a shelter to show for it.

Choose your “money” wisely.
If the economy declines, is the currency you choose still of value? Can you use it, eat it, trade it, grow it, live in it? Does it have functional value?

We don’t really want money. We want what we think only money can get us.

I’m suggesting that as we become more resourceful in our thinking and in our relationships and collaborations, we will each create our own “new money” independent of who wins the currency kerfuffle.
